In recent years, however, there has been progress in promoting women's rights in football. some of the  examples, are the  FIFA Women's World Cup has grown in popularity and visibility, and more countries are investing in women's football programs. Additionally, there has been a push for equal pay for female football players, with some countries and teams implementing policies to bridge the pay gap between male and female players.

However, we has FAWUZ have much work to be done to ensure that women have equal opportunities and treatment in football. Also sensitize our female players on the importance of understanding their rights in football. The efforts to promote women's rights in football include advocating for equal pay and resources, increasing visibility and representation of women in the sport, and addressing issues of discrimination and bias.
